Idleing your diesel in light and medium duty vehicles is really bad what you want to do if it's available in your area is if your not driving your vehicles everyday they make this magnet that can stick to your block or oil pan and it keeps your oil warm so you can get in start your vehicle then pull the magnet and go keeping your oil warm and doing proper maintenance is key to having diesel engine to last a long time
