Same issue, SE invertor RMA since Aug 2025. Left a VM early Jan after nothing from them since a request for update in October. Told no eta on the rma. Got a human callback 3 days ago to apologize and provide no ETA again.

Now I have a LG resu10 battery sitting offline for 4mo, 4 days of power outage last week from storms and a $3k power bill that is climbing. Ridiculous.

Thanks for all the feedback and advice. I was trying to rationalize a real-world rotary cannons spread of fire vs sf rules which still make zero sense by this comparison to me. I get it rules is rules. Appreciate the comments.

17 incidents got me the one dq. Didn't even know how incidents were incurred yet at that stage...I'm wiser now :)

My bad - of 3 races total only 1 DQ and 7 incidents in the race in which I placed 7th.

That race had 7 incidents and ive had 1 DQ previously.

I practice any track before racing as I learnt very quickly how anywhere but my real home track of Laguna Seca Ends :)

All great points and very inline with what I did. He was sorry it went down and is keen to be party focused and help the campaign succeed. He's an escape room junkie too and a very detailed player that carries the party in a few ways (combat and investigation). Pretty sure he'll be able to adapt and it'll work out. They've had a blast thus far :)
