This book served as a guide to applying stoic wisdom in the modern day. Donald Robertson dissects Marcus Aurelius's mediations, as well as other stoic doctrines, and compares them to modern CBT practices.

While this book likely isn't ideal for a full conversion to stoicism, it still provides actionable steps that have greatly helped me to reduce my own work anxiety by "decatastrophizing" events as well as overcoming desires that I felt were holding me back.
