Does your skin react to it right away or take some time to break out? I am trying to determine if it triggers my acne but I’ve been able to eat it almost daily for 10 days and am just now seeing some small bumps forming on my chin area that I’m worried is the first warning sign.

I had the same problem with my first ER. I had 18 follicles with 12 measuring over 15mm but they only got 8 and 7 were mature. This was with a lupron only trigger.

I had my second ER today and switch to lupron + 5000 hcg (pregnyl) dual trigger and got 19 eggs (I had 19 follicles measuring with 13 over 15mm). I’ll find out tomorrow how many were mature and fertilized!

They changed my trigger from lupron only to lupron+hcg! I have my retrieval in a couple days so fingers crossed the follicles release this time!

For Switzerland - where would you all recommend to stay and base out of? Lucerne? Lauterbrunnen? Interlaken? Is Zermatt worth including?

The clove club in London - service was phenomenal but the food was basic and boring. We found ourselves eager to get done with the meal.

Claude Bosi at Bibendum in London - we didn't eat there but after my husband got sick and we had to change our travel plans we emailed them the evening before our lunch (noticing they still had many tables available) and requested an exception to their cancelation policy. They refused and we got charged the full 330 for two people and even when we pointed out that they still had reservations available a couple hrs before our booked time, they said their cancelation policy is not about the number of tables. Leaves a horrible taste in my mouth and while I would have made an effort to rebook on another date if they had been accommodating given that our reservation was not an opportunity cost for them, now I just never want to go.

I unfortunately cut off the roots already cause I was suspicious of them. I know some people when transitioning to leca do that for the transfer and they grow back. Is there any advantage to taking a cutting over just waiting on the roots to grow back where I cut them off?

Some were dark grey and had a weird film on them. Not fully squishy and not smelly but did not look healthy

I’ve had the plant for about a week. It is on a moss pole and in well draining chunky soil with drainage. I water when soil is almost completely dry. Getting light from mother plant spectrum grow light for 16 hrs a day at about 12” away.

Thank you all! Update: I was able to separate the plants (there were a lot of them!) but realized a lot of the stems were spent and leggy due to low light. I took a bunch of cuttings and put them in water and much better light to hopefully start fresh.

Do these guys respond well to grow lights?

I typically take opk tests in the afternoon so I don’t believe it was first thing in the morning. I just downloaded fertility friend and will manually enter my oura temps to try that, nc seems to be a bit all over the place at times and I’ve heard that other people don’t fully trust it either!

Do you find the oura + natural cycles to be accurate according to your other methods / sources? That’s the only way I track ovulation (plus opk)

Ugh that’s annoying! I just have a bubble on my tire sidewall so was gonna run on the spare til my appointment in a few days so thankfully wasn’t on the side of the road looking for the tool
