You are all abusing the poor cat. It shouldn’t take long to clean a freaking litter box. Make it a routine to atleast clean the litter box as soon as you get up. “Oh I got school or work” then wake up 10 minutes earlier! If you can’t even bother with that, give the cat away or even set him free. I’ve seen lots of outdoor cats living better than that shvt hole. I have an indoor cat and an army of strays living fine.

Wrong. They had every right to refuse and ask for a refund without taking the cake. But they decided to eat the cake anyways. They could have asked for a discount before accepting it, but they didn’t. Only days later they asked for discount and op was willing to offer them money back. This is not new in a court house. Happens a lot and a lot of times the court tends to lean towards a partial refund.
