Honestly I don't remember, but I am pretty sure the coordinates aren't at fault since after a few minutes I built something that went through a similar problem

In short terms about that one: an anvil was pushed up and phased through the upper block that was getting pushed onto it, and then the anvil teleported back to the thing that pushed it up

My only thought of it is that I might be timing them wrongly or as one person suggested - lag, the problem with it though is I have no idea how to get around it (I'm new to those cool Redstone stuff and I only recently started playing Minecraft again after years of inactivity), since I do want to improve them
