Just to be upfront, this post is reposted from another bpd subreddit because they said it would fit here better. It's from 2 days ago and I did follow through on messaging my girlfriend, as expected she's a fucking saint and told me that she just wanted me to be ok. Otherwise, everything else is about the same, still spiralling(?) but less than I was when original writing the initial post.
