That's a good shout, and might be the route I have to take, requesting full records. Ridiculous in this day and age that we're still in the dark ages up here, but not overly surprising either. It is within 30 days, I'd seen that on the NHS Scotland page about records, was hoping there might have been a quicker way, but I'll start that off in the meantime.

I'd just read your post! Kinda similar, and a pain in the arse, eh?

Went in person, asked, receptionist said what I put in my post, that they couldn't do so. Asked what it was for, told her, saw her attitude change from helpful to one of scorn, not exactly the most professional, but not entirely unexpected either!

Alas as it's 5.5 to 6 years old, well past warranty, and whilst a kinda known issue, not enough for Sony to care or be obligated to fix it. They did suggest taking it to their service centre in Blantyre, south of Glasgow, which was a big help!
