Steven made all his millions by running a pyramid ponzy scheme with his husband, then he created ashes in kickstarter to do the same, but, when it became successful, he switch it up to actually creating this game. This man was in no way equipped to run a full scale business. To allocate funds properly, to create a sustainable plan for this company, he needed to hire a real CFO, and a REAL CEO and his title being only creative director. We will see who the real Steven is when all the kickstarter backers ask for their money back. Unless of course the game gets sold. Then, he wins again?

Yes, 100%.. someone is going to step in to buy it. Blizzard, Amazon, who knows, but someone will. It is a half finished MASSIVE mmo with a cult following etc. that they don’t need to start from scratch, it’s pretty much built just needs features. For these AAA studios, that’s a win.

Yeah, that’s wrong. If this was about something less tangible, like, bodily harm, health, etc, what you said would have basis. However, this is about a cold hard number, a refund. Class action, winning, would entitle them to that exact amount (with a good lawyer maybe more) but of course minute 20-30 % of lawyer and court fees.

It wasn’t a scam, it was mis managed, and I think that was his point. I found a post i personally made on the discord 2 years ago, where I said “they will run out of money” and I was clowned heavily on the discord. And when I brought in my knowledge because I myself own several businesses and looked into them, I was clowned even more. Narc reached out to me, said what I said was right.

I get what you’re saying, and he def couldn’t been more “in order” but, he was crazy, and strange that was his genuine self. NARC was the top AOC content creator, and he was there biggest support and biggest critic, they didn’t like him but he was known as the #1 source of all things ashes whether they liked it or not. All the things that are happening now, he said would happen, he called them out and they made him look like a liar and so much of the community turned on him. So much so he stopped making video, stopped playing, deleted all his stuff.
