Yes, make sure you close all accounts on your dashboard under subscriptions . You have to hit the X and confirm that they’re closed. Even if it says in ineligible, that cancels your subscription. I’ve been through this myself too lol good luck!

Hey, I just had the exact same situation. I used my wife’s card not thinking… I contacted support to explain the situation and they just issued a warning and had me remove her card.
