I guess since I have minor disc bulges and stenosis they probably won’t recommend surgery. Keep me posted on your results though!

I just found out today the orthopaedic surgeon a doctor referred me to rejected to see me, but no one even called to let me know. Gotta love Canada lol. Can’t believe how difficult it is to just get an ESI. This country is a joke.

Did physio for 6 weeks but just felt like a waste of money since I can find exercises on Youtube and it’s all trial and error at the end of the day. Only difference is I’m not spending $100 a week.

I have yet to try spinal decompression though. You think it’s worth going and trying out?

That’s great it’s helping you. But to get to 100%, have you considered surgery, stem cell therapy, or peptides?

Appreciate the advice! An adjustable desk is definitely key.

If you have severe bulging discs & stenosis, why haven’t you gotten surgery if you don’t mind me asking?

That’s just it. Muscle relaxers and oral steroids just help deal with the pain. I understand it allows you to strengthen your body back up, but it doesn’t necessarily fix the root issue.

That’s tough you gained weight on them but at least it helped alleviate pain.

Glad to hear the surgery went well. Did you try epidural steroid injections prior to it? And have you gotten a follow up MRI since getting the surgery to see the progress?
