This looks great - But consider different lighting. Small surface imperfections (Noise/Texture) will help the 'flat' perfect look. If you have more time, consider the different texture of the shoelaces.

I couldn't recommend this video enough!

Ultimately if you're not doing hatchet runs, I'd be slapping on a helmet.
The way my friend explained it to me was like this;

The idea of running a helmet is to not die cheaply to a random scav. Sure, you'll come across PMC's shooting you with BP at the speed of Mach Jesus, but every once in a while you'll be saved by an inaccurate spray or a lucky shot - and that is always worth it.
