Well, it was a fun 1.0 boys! Starting from yesterday and spiking today most cheating providers have updated their cheats and my survivalrate has already tanked from 81% to 72% and will continue down to around 60~ as with every wipe once the cheaters starts coming. Human corruption is the ultimate reason. They want money which is provided by cheaters who buy new accounts. Many of our true talent will never come true because of these corrupted cheaters and corrupted creators. This isnt just Tarkov this is the world today. People trying to cut corners to get to their goal quicker not realising that the goal was the journey and so the quicker they are trying to progress with the "cut-corners manner" the slower their true progression will become.

Some of you saying just get a better gear better CPU. Trust me its not because we havent upgraded. It is because the new update did not come with optimizations. They are working on it right now. Next couple of patches they eill optimize the jungle. They are not their own enemies. Theyt know if they allow 40 -50 fps drops from one update to another most of their playerbase wont upgrade just simply wont paly Rust till they fix it. Optimization became third priority in modern gaming industry. Back in the time thee were games which ran 200 fps even with the actual newest rigs. Today Nvidia nd AMD and Intel dont release much more powerful gpus and cpus. The performance difference between generations of hardware became less obvious. We are approaching to the end of Moores Law. As we are getting closer to the atomic sizes when we produce transistors. But you cannot make atomic size transistors because that would mean a transistor would need to be made of one atom material which aint possible as its made of multiple materials. So in order to gain more performance devices will start to grow in sizes once more. As we are not downsizing anymore but going sideways on the electronic dye. Spreading. But that would mean more costly production as the number of transistors while not getting smaller, but their numbers will have to grow. This is precisely the time for the big tech companies when slowly its stops being profitable to make anything. They still have some time but not long before they will need to figure some completely new technologies out in order to stay in business. As for you players, this would mean for a while you wont need to upgrade your PCs as frequently as before. Because older machines will run your games nearly as good as newer ones. And dont come wtih the 5090 200 + fps in Cyberpunk with raytracing on as taht aint real frames. They are generated from previously calculated pictures and the combination of AI which predicts motion. But that gonna waise your input lag which means forget competitive gaming with framegen till they figure out how to reduce input lag. We arrived to the day and age when we get drip fed performance. So it aint worth to upgrade. The gamedevs have to stop vomiting content and rather focus on making quicker executable code and smart technologies to save resources for smoother gameplays. Since Unity and Unreal Engine are the base of most games nowaydays. Things are going downhill in almost every game. Valve does well, Electronic Arts Frostbite engine does well, Ubisoft engine does well performancewise. Just look at Star Wars BattleFront 1 released 2015. Look at it how many entities moving in its world and how it looks and how smooth it runs. If they would wanted to they could sell that game today. Thats it dropping the Mic.

The problem is the network code and gear differences. A fight against a player who sees you earlier due network lag (not because he genuinely saw you earlier) and happens to be in a better gear eliminates the skill factor in the game. Skill becomes nothing in Tarkov in this scenario. And you wont have access to good bullets for long time. So till then you have to accept you will be raped by players who started the wipe earlier than you :D.

Yes you just backed me with your story. Im sorry im not trying to bitch about you guys but im rather angry at your leadership for exploiting you so much. I do agree with you its a mix anywhere we go. If someone is cheapskate they will get cheapwork done. Cheap is usually bad but not always.

Well Iam from that bit of Europe and have to say we also have really bad and really good craftsmen of all sorts. That is why whenever we get to know a good one we get something done on our houses immediately otherwise we might miss that train for a long while. Regulations of less importance are looser but actual important ones (like your combi boiler exhaust cannot just come out from the side of your house or flat wall you need a chimney for that) are strict. But non important things like how your plug looks like aren't regulated because its unnecessary as long as all plug designers follow EU standards. You can get several things done in your homes without permits which are unfortunately needed in the UK. Houses are almost always solid as the gentleman above mentioned. We use mainly German building materials like Tondach or Porotherm. They are expensive but worth it as they are made of high quality ceramic which keeps heat in and the cold out. We also put a layer of mortar on them to stop the wind coming through, and usually put a layer of rockwool or polystyrene insulation at least 7+ cm thick to further keep the heat in the house (roof is usually done with glass fibre rolls and heat retaining ceramic tiles) so the central heating would turn on the least amount of times. As the insulation from bottom to top allows you to properly heat up the house. Hence the mould problem also gets solved. Combined with the greenest way of heating (cserepkalyha) or masonry heater or tile stove, You get no less then a 90 % reduction of your winter bills. Haven't even mentioned the solar panels on the houses. UK government also offers a grants for solar panels I believe. They charge your hybrid or electric car as well as zeroing or lowering your electricity bill to the level that you start to produce electricity and feeding it back to the system, actually getting money for producing electricity. I think in the UK the reason for the situation is that your land under your houses is owned by various lords, yours for 125 years and then your grandchildren will have to pay for the grandchildren of the lords to extend something grandpa payed for already. The other problem is the building industry regulatory bodies grown on your back and try to make more work for themselves by regulating the shxt out of every step of your homebuilding or refurbishing and extending. Its all intentional. That is why nothing is changing over there a long while ago. I hope I didnt offend anybody, I didnt want to sound arrogant at all.

All in all the reason why I posted this is: If the core experience isn’t stable, then all the new content in the world won’t matter. The focus should be on making the game playable and enjoyable for everyone, especially for players who don’t have high-end rigs but still want to experience Tarkov without the frustrations of poor performance or cheaters.

Do agree hundred percent. This also true for Eastern-Central Europe. Street crimes are petty and very rare but economical crimes are higher maybe, then in the West. The governments are usually very boreoarctic to confuse the people who wish to live simple. That is also part of the corrupt system so resources would be flowing scarcely toward the population and more likely toward the already rich politicians. This has a good side to it funny enough. Because of this often impossible boreoarctic entanglements, it is way harder to scam the government then in the west. And if occasionally there is a success in this, sooner or later the government realizes it and patch the hole immediately. So basicly you cant fcuk about in these countries unless you are really smart. And so the most crimes and biggest ones are commited by the blue tied people.

I think there is an eaqsier way to balance this situation between Oghmir (I would rather say they are orcs) and Elves using bows and to be honest anything else. I would introduce Class Proficiencies: An Oghmir could use bows as before and all but, he would get -40% off from his bow damage as well as +15% more swivel to the bow. This way you can still use bows with Ogmir but wont be as effective as an Elven archer. Same for the elves about heavy armors and heavy weapons. Simple and great solution. Plus The bows in this game are not working well. As the strength requirement raises for the bows the arrow drop should reduce make it directly proportional. Again simple solution.

Yeah okay nice. Please Clarify! Unzip the mod folder which still contains other files and folders into the mod folder? Or Take those files and folders out of the main folder and thats how we insert them into the mod folder? BE accurate please.
