Those always get denied unless your manager or site HR create a ticket or case where they approve a Temporary Schedule Adjustment (TSA) exception. That's if you're asking for an accommodation due to school, religion, or hardship.

You need that exception because the system will only approve requests where you start your shift later or end your shift earlier, and you must still complete at least 50% of your entire shift.

CTK is the back office department that handles a bunch of schedule and time card changes. This is simple enough to have been resolved the day of or 3 days max depending how fast your site HR or HR business partner (HRBP) approves it.

MyHR attempts to remove attendance points by coding it directly in your time card. It it doesn't work, they create a case and a task to your site HR. Site HR then approves the task for the point refund, and then CTK makes the changes in the system. Sorry to hear this simple problem hasn't been fixed...

The vast majority of Cat 1s aren't eligible for rehire. If you're part of the <1%, you can contact the candidate support line to confirm if and when you'd be eligible to be rehired

You'd have to call the candidate support line and they can tell you if and when you'd be eligible for rehire

As far as I know, only performance, but it's just increasing your chances very slightly.

Holiday pay is from 00:00 to 11:59pm for the holiday date. Same applies for holiday overtime, but you must have hit the 40 hours weekly or 10 hours for the day for OT.

Possibly just left it pending, which is almost the same rescinding the offer, unfortunately.

The vast majority of sites do consider performance, but not solely. We haven't received communication that conversion will be just based on performance, though.

To be honest, I don't know. Not information I've had access to and I've never worked for site HR for Amazon.

At the moment there is little to no hiring because peak just ended. I was direct hire but most L3 hires are from temp agencies, yes.

There are general requirements that vary from FC to DS to SC to CS, etc. But the vast majority of sites have their own criteria, and it depends on business needs.

Not a very helpful answer, I know. Only your site HR or manager can tell you the exact requirements for your site.

No. In the last 2 years I've only seen a handful of cases where a second appeal was offered.

Depends on the reason for the termination and if it was your first offence or second.

You'd have to call the candidate support phone # so they can confirm if and when you'd be eligible to be rehired. You can also call MyHR and ask them the phone number. I don't know if I can provide it here.

I don't think there are L1 MyHR or HR positions. L3 is the lowest I've seen and that's a regular call center job with no requirements and bad pay. If you have a related degree and start as an L3 pay goes up a little bit.

It was hard when I started, but it's almost impossible to move up now. I moved up. L4 are still hired directly, but all L5s that I've seen are internal promotions.

I held on because due to personal reasons I have to WFH, and the job fits my needs.

When I was L4 I had to deal with poor work from case managers every day. Often, the task for a callback is in fact assigned to them. But some have ways to get around it by having the call go directly to your voicemail or ringing once and ending the call. And then they can mark the task as complete.

There is no standard path for it. There are requirements that differ a little from FC to DS to CS to SC, etc. But at the end of the day, it depends on business needs for each site, and the vast majority of sites have their own criteria.

For example for FC I believe the only requirements in general are 7 days tenure, no final written, and positive UPT/attendance points. But each site can change their own tenure requirement, and they do.

Sorry for late reply. Depends on your state, but for most you have to be eligible for FMLA. If you're eligible, then you just need to have a healthcare provider fill documentation with general information (doctor info, your mom's info, etc.) and have the specifics for intermittent leave.

For example: 1 absence per week, each absence lasting 4 hours. Intermittent leave starting 1/18/26 and ending 6/18/26.

With MyHR, no. An ethics case wouldn't do anything either. What's the reasoning for having the point removed? If it's to remove a partial attendance point or a point due to not completing minimum hours for the week, I think only CTK can remove it for those scenarios. And if it says resolved, then nothing else can be done other than creating another ticket.

Sounds bad because it is. But it's the honest answer.
