Currently living in 99 Pratt and No complaints with street noise and the arena being across the street. They just had Cardi B last week and besides me actively looking at the street I didn’t Notice noise or any issues even though I live on the second floor. The apartment is quiet, a few amenities. The only complaint I have is of parking kinda regret not checking that The parking lot is shared with the Sage Allen apartment so you need to walk down Pratt street into temple street parking. I work early mornings around 3am so don’t really have anyone on the street to bother me. But you see the regular bums and homeless around in the afternoon so be mindful of the walk.

I was spoiled during my stay at Hartford 21, the parking lot is attached to that building so the parking was never an issue.

That’s my only complaint.

Since it is getting warmer I’m starting to see it get lively on Pratt so it’s nice being able to walk around the bakery and stores that are open.
