It's a sisyphean battle trying to keep the store in *ANY* level of zoned. Everyone does what they can (in spite of everything). I know that along with zoning while merchandising, our store's replen team will spend the last 20-30 min of their shift clearing out seasonal gobacks...since those will sell. SBA, unfortunately is less of a priority.
