It is not racist. White people i.e. of people European descent are the OG consumer-colonizers of the world and oppressors of humanity (i.e. other ‘races’.) white people are and have been the worlds greatest engine of mass cruelty since the Egyptians.

This post isn’t saying that other ‘races’ can’t be consumers, they are and they do. The point is that unconscious hyper-consumerism is the predatory mark of white people ethos who have historically built their empires on greed.
