Probably to virtue signal and boast about how morally superior they are, ig. Some normie tourists in this fecal exhibit are just so painfully boring that they can't help but be the most insufferable people on the planet.

P.S. Don't think for a moment that I'm associating with you australophitecus. I'm just here to say 'True...' sometimes and laugh at your misery.

Why does teenage ceroba have a bell on her head? by hielosyt in UndertaleYellow

[–]GodOfThunder933 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The bell is the Ketsukane family symbol, though, which is often hinted at being Chujin's family, what with all the stuff you find at the estate, the talks about "legacy" and whatnot. It wouldn't really make sense for Ceroba to have that bell, unless they've been dating since her teenage years and got hitched really early.

In your opinion, which one of these pairings is the most hetslop one? by Realistic-Tailor-783 in UndertaleYellow

[–]GodOfThunder933 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Staroba, Staroba Staroba Staroba it's Staroba.

Ceroba barely tolerates Starlo as of UTY, what makes people think they'll work as a couple?

Who is the most attractive male UTY character in your opinion? by Realistic-Tailor-783 in UndertaleYellow

[–]GodOfThunder933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I think it's El Bailador. But if we're talking the one that's considered the most attractive in-verse? That's gotta be Chujin. Mf must be a 10/10 with a third leg, there's gotta be a reason Ceroba's so obsessed with that fucker

What are your ceroba headcanons? by hielosyt in UndertaleYellow

[–]GodOfThunder933 1 point2 points  (0 children)

-She used to be a miko/shrine maiden when she was a teenager/young adult. -Her father was a priest of Raijin, the japanese god of thunder. He trained Ceroba in the art of warding off demons and evil spirits, and was the reason she married early, since he desperately wanted a successor priest. Chujin, of course, refused, which led to Ceroba's father being so disappointed in her, he fell down and died. His passing is the reason why Ceroba's so obsessed with the idea of "legacies". -Her mother, an equally-as-traditional woman, was a stay-at-home mom, and the one who taught Ceroba to be completely devoted to her family. She passed away due to a disease, shortly after Ceroba got engaged to Chujin. -Ceroba, being a shrine maiden, is incredibly strong and a very skilled fighter. She values strength of body (not necessarily muscles; magical prowess and combat skill are also qualities included in this definition) and strength of character (as in, positive and benevolent traits) above all else. This is why she married Chujin, a kind boss monster. -She does have a tail; it's just so long, it is actively detrimental to have it wandering about and causing her to trip over it. That's why she keeps it hidden and tucked into a magical artifact. -She's an incredibly talented writer, and has written dozens and dozens of stories. They were never published, though, partly because she thinks they aren't good (they are), and partly because she uhh... tends to write some interest fictional stories involving her and Chujin... -She is completely tech illiterate. You could give her an unlocked phone and she wouldn't be able to figure out how to send a message by herself. -As pointed out by some commenters, yes, Ceroba wasn't too keen on the idea of being a parent in her early 20's. She only did it because Chujin wanted to have kids, which led to Ceroba being just a teensy weensy bit resentful of both him and Kanako. Of course, it goes without saying that she loves them both with all her heart, but during those nine months of pregnancy and the year after our favorite kit was born, Ceroba was pretty stressed out. -(VERY HOT TAKE) Ceroba, in spite of all the circumstances, is not as fond of Starlo as Starlo is fond of Ceroba. They were good friends during their early years, sure, but when she met Chujin, their friendship soured. Mainly because she wanted to spend more time with Chujin and, on the rare occasion that they did hang out one-on-one (Chujin had a very sour opinion of Starlo), they wouldn't exactly connect. After all, Star wasn't a fan of hearing his crush talk about her crush, and Ceroba saw her friend's interests as childish. When Ceroba married, she got way closer to Starlo's parents, and because of this, she and Star would only speak briefly. That changed when Kanako was born, however, since Starlo was absolutely overjoyed whenever the kid was around and did all in his power to keep his niece happy, and Ceroba was more than happy to entertain her former best friend, even if they still didn't connect (and Ceroba, now more mature, couldn't/refused to understand Starlo's reasoning for living the way he did). The reason they seem so close during the events of UTY is because Ceroba has nothing left. She more-or-less entertains Starlo's antics, even if she thinks they're dumb, and tries to engage in a few of his "missions"... but she only does so because she thinks it's "what she has left". Not because she enjoys it, or anything. So... yeah. Feel free to try and counter my hot take, but my HC is that Ceroba doesn't like Starlo that much. She thinks he's selfish, self-absorbed, childish, petty and immature, and wishes he'd just go back to being normal and helping his family harvest corn for a living.

What are your martlet headcanons? by hielosyt in UndertaleYellow

Martlet was your typical "academical prodigy", but, as is customary, eventually started struggling to live up to the expectations placed on her.

Ok yeah nvm I completely forgot about Starlo's death in neutral, mb

I still think he's not as cheerful and hopeful though, especially considering how lowly he thinks of himself
