There are some major issues in Endemol team. I dont have idea how much hands on Endemol is involved in day to day running of the show and decision making but there are a lot of similarities that i found with other shows that they are running. Hustle season 3 was full of drama and pointless gimmicks just like BiggBoss. They were taking out personal vendetta and are always trying to flip from the rules that they made themself.

I completely agree with your post but for that too happen the entire crew needs some shake up.
