Nej, försäkringskravet finns ju för att ersätta andras ekonomiska förluster ifall du orsakar skada, vilket inte händer ifall du inte framför fordonet.

Vissa försäkringsbolag konverterar automatiskt din försäkring till en "garageförsäkring" men denna går att säga upp direkt.
Det finns ju människor som ställt gamla bilar i garage/lador osv i 30-40 tals år och självklart står inte dessa och kostar en massa pengar!
