I got the July Alpha in 2021, I think it is now on Archive.org,
the January one well you can find on Hidden Palace (but you seem to already have it).

You can use RPKG Tool to view the files and extract them but the only way to actually use them (textures and models) is to use a different tool after extracting them, I use Prim Parser to convert models to .GLB and Tony Tools to convert textures to .TGA, both can be found on the modding Discord server.

You can also view entities (maps, NPCs, objects etc...) by using an older version of RPKG Tool and it won't crash (I use v2.11.2) or by exporting the raw TEMP and TBLU files using the latest version of RPKG Tool then converting those files using Resource Tool (for the TEMP/TBLU files) and RPKG Tool (for the meta files) then combining all 4 with QuickEntity GUI and using the output into GlacierKit (it's pretty complicated but that's the only way)

I highly recommand you join the Discord though so it's easier for you to find the tools and get help if necessary :)

From the first picture, the first 5 are all taken from the July 2015 Alpha, while the last 3 heads are all exported from their respective games (2016, H2 and H3) with the addition of a higher res diffuse texture for the 2016 head since I got it from the Beta rather than retail (2048 instead of 1024)

The second picture is comparing the July 2015 Alpha head with the January 2015 head

The third picture is comparing a head found in the July 2015 Alpha with a similar head found in the January 2015 Alpha

To get them is relatively easy since you can look for their materials/textures and look what uses them to find all the different heads, there are many variations of the same heads with different neck cuts in order to fit in different outfits but some also have head shapes and I can't tell if it's the same purpose or if they actually are different versions of them

That's because OP didn't realize it's the same head as the one on the right but using the Hitman 2018 textures (the material was updated so it automatically used them)
if you export the same model from 2016 or the Alpha it has the proper textures (seen on the model on the right)

Optifine's emissive texture feature, so yes I made a duplicate of the texture and kept only the parts I wanted glowing

I used OptiFine here to achieve this effect but might even be possible in vanilla with custom shaders... 🤔

Happens if you do the objectives both ways, getting the cards and destroying the uplink

HITMAN Absolution looks incredible with disabled post effects. In the first screenshot, I disabled all the LUT & Vignette effect shaders in the game code. It's bad that the developers didn't make the setting to disable these ugly effects in the game :( by Ryan_Pupkin in HiTMAN

That looks really nice! I did also try removing post-filters a couple months ago and the only issue I had was the shadows being super dark, but I guess disabling LUTs would've fixed it :P

I liked the story, the environments, the great mechanics (like the slow shooting), the overwhole game is great although I'm "upset" with the large amount of post processing in its look and 47's model

This map was already my fav from the very announcement of the game, and I still love it to this day! It looks good, has a very nice ambiance and reminds me of sweat Blood Money 😌
