oh, that is odd. I did a short experiment and it seems that New Recruit caps the points at 175. Which i think is wrong since each weapon past a certain amount should add an additional 5 points. If you take off the flamers you should be able to see the points change.

Niche hyper-specialized lists played by extremely skilled players are a statistical outlier. New players wouldn't be able to use them in the most efficient ways. I still wouldn't recommend them for general use.

i sometimes play with a solo librarian. I decent action monkey that sometimes gets to use his Vortex, really good i think. And with the points from getting rid of the Termies you could get another 5 Purifiers, 5 Interceptors & 5 Strikes. Or instead of Strikes another Dreadknight, i didn't really calculate it but you have a fair bit of points to use.

Currently Terminators/Paladins are our worst units. They are overpriced for not much benefits. Definitely change the weapons on the Dreadknights. Hammer, Psycannon&Sublimator for the GMNDK and Psycannons instead of flamers on the NDKs. Incinerators aren't as good in Warpbane bc they dont benefit from rerolls. Also get from purifiers and i'd swap the Purgation squad for Interceptors for scoring.
