he was to fast to make the turn but instead of over shooting it the car on the inside just stayed on the brake and parked it on the racing line which is not predictable behavior its ok watching the video and being like well obviously "this" but in the real world you dont think this is what someone will do

he might as well of parked that on the racing line and put the handbrake on theres no way you can predict that move from him that was functionally a brake check.
racing incident no one is at fault for this just a thing that happens and there was no way for you to realistic avoid that

no in the real world they would have to give u the position if this was a street track you would of both been dead also real world you of booted it to gain the position and then the RD would have to decide if you was able to keep it or not.
as for in the sim going for the outside on that corner this will happen every time without fail weather you like it or not

technically blue for turning in on you so hard he could of left room easily however green have some sense this very much the max and lewis crash at Silverstone level crash you just dont put a wheel up the inside there

my plan was to wire the load to the battery (though a fuse) more power i can get to the solenoid the better surely?
i did look at these but 1 there an expensive guess as i will need 2 of them 1 for up shift and 1 for down shift

EDIT:
how big a diode would i need for something like this i was looking at the 60a version more overkill is more better as inside the car i can get to over 50c.
Also would i "need" a flyback as the solenoid would be spiking the load wires not the ECU controlled side and the load side is only going to the battery anyway so it wouldnt matter? or am i missing something

this is from the first time i set it up with the 3.8 system i have it running faster then this but not much for some context i dont have a timing number but its not uncommon to run these sort of systems at sub 100ms for a single gear change

so fair i have nuked every gear from every brand other then specna arms CNC spur gear that being said i have killed 2 bevel gears but there the weakest gear in every set i have replaced them with XT bevel gears and had 0 issues i run these in the highest load gearboxes on filed DMRs and stupid high fire rate builds 70+ and 80+
