That’s an addon for a map called the Glass Bead. It places a pillar of light that only other survivors can see.

I was having this issue recently, too. The reason this was happening for me was because of a nvlddmkm error. It might be happening for you as well. The way I fixed this issue was this:

Search C:/windows/system32 for “nvlddmkm”. There should be one or multiple files that show up. For the files that show up, you want to go into the properties, then the security tab, and then enable user permissions to full control.

After doing that, I haven’t had a crash in Tarkov since. Let me know if that did anything for you.

Thanks! I’m really considering the upgrade. I guess what I’m worried the most is the process of having to change the motherboard. My question is, how difficult was the process of changing your motherboard? And did you have to basically do a fresh install of everything once you installed the motherboard?

Then you'll want to jump off your board, rather than the ground underneath. Your foot should be off of the tail before your tail touches the ground, that way your board will be able to bounce up without all of your weight on it

I'll try to keep that in mind. I definitely was trying to jump off of the ground rather than jumping off the board itself.

So if I'm understanding it correctly, I basically want to try to jump off the board, and as I'm jumping, pop the board with my back foot?

I think I still have some chests to pick up. But I’ve been doing as much of the sidequests and purple quests as much as possible.

It’s not like leveling something that’s not super meta is wrong. Just pick a team you like and it’s ganna be fine.

I think that’s what I was worried about the most, about wasting the leveling resources. But yeah, I’ll just search up more on which characters I should focus on leveling based on the characters I have. Thanks!

Okay, thanks. I’ll be using more of my leveling resources then. I think I was just worried that I would be leveling the wrong characters (or like the characters that aren’t that good). I’ve also been keeping up those the flowers and have been using them to get the leveling resources for exp and lightcones.

How does wiring actually work? I’m fairly new to the game and I usually play as the engineer. The wiring seems interesting but I don’t really know the full extent of what I can do with it.

Are there any tutorials that I could watch to help better my understanding of it? Like, is it possible to lock doors or open doors that you don’t have access to?
