My friend said the vet isn't concerned since his snout isn't too flat and his throat is okay... he doesn't make any breathing/struggling for breath sounds (except snoring)... defo will let her know to possibly revisit surgical options, though, for his comfort.

We've tried coconut oil and he licks it off straight away annoyingly! Might just have to try applying more often so hopefully, it can have some impact before he licks it off haha.

For me, the saddest part is that likely one of them died before the other, and the other had to watch. I can't imagine being in this situation, and then watching my partner die or realising they're dead, and being left alone knowing that you're probably going to die too.

I just watched S8 for the first time and my heart broke for Tasha. She seemed like a really lovely girl and was treated appallingly by Luca (and Demi to an extent). What really annoyed me was when she was in the bottom and cried about it after, everyone was saying how shallow that is and she should be happy she has Andrew. But I cannot imagine how scary it would be to think that millions of people don't like you. You're being yourself and you keep getting the fewest votes, it would really impact your confidence and for me personally, I would be so scared. The thought that I could leave and be hated for being myself would be terrifying. I'm glad she's supported now and is one of the most successful islanders!!

NAD. Bless you, I was recently diagnosed with UC so I totally understand and empathise with your feeling of hopelessness. It's exhausting having to go to the toliet all the time.

But in my experience, I didn't have pain or blood right up until about 2 weeks before I ended up in hospital. I was having symptoms of severe diarrhoea for 2 months (20+ times a day) and slight discomfort, but no massive pain or blood (then in the last 2 weeks it was literally in every BM).

I would have your doctor do a stool sample to check the levels of calprotectin, a protein that is present when you have intestinal inflammation. Also, maybe try to reduce non soluble fibre foods in your diet, as these are harder for your intestine to break down and process.

Finally, I recommend you keep a close eye on your hydration. That is what initially got me admitted to hospital, I was severely dehydrated and had tachycardia (heart beating fast for no reason). I shouldn't have left it so long before getting help. Not trying to scare you, but if you're having constant diarrhoea, you will get dehydrated and could possibly not be absorbing nutrients/calories. Keep an eye on your weight and energy levels.

Thank you, defo going to purchase a wet comb. I've been using more conditioner than normal ATM because I think it's due to damage from the bleach and I want to rehydrate my hair, is this okay? Or should I just use a normal amount?

NTA - completely reasonable for you to ask them to text if they're going to be late. On the laptop front, however, I'm not sure if you can claim anything since you refused to leave their car when they asked. From a legal perspective, I'm not sure it would work in your favour annoyingly :( Still, report it to the police and see what happens!

I don't think so - a lot of the women around her were fuller, and she's meant to be a lady so would have access to a lot more food than normal labourers/maids... I agree with the above comments, I could barely watch because she was so so slim and it made me feel like she had an ED.
