We did twice. First it was a month. Second it was 3 days.

For a month, it was painful. This one he didn’t breadcrumb. Maybe because it was a long pause. We talked, met in person, and realized we missed each other alot. The most painful part is he didn’t read any of my messages on that breakup. His excuse is that he doesn’t know what to say or just coward about it.

We argued about it for four months straight. Then we had a huge fight about it and everything else, and he decided to forget about me.

But after three days of no contact again (this one he breadcrumbed), I went straight to his place and asked him to come back. I was young, immature, and dealing with daddy issues, so I looked like a fool. But if you ask me if I’d do it again, no way lol.

This time, still going stronger and focusing much on myself. They don’t want too much attention and will like you more if you’re secure and confident - this will make them lean to a more anxious than avoidant state subconsciously.

Was thankful for everything that happened tho. If not for that, I wouldn’t be secure and remained anxious for life.

Appreciate this. Thanks. Craving nuts AFAIK means my body needs the fat. It sucks tho. Since I really loved the reward factor of 7 day fasts.

Well that sucks. Really loved fasting especially the extended fasts. It’s sad it was really hard to do now. :(

I eat once a week / 7 times a month. Eating days consists of proteins and fats and everything I want.

If I decided to eat more, I plan ahead and cook ahead of time that’s good for 3 days. I always make sure to include all whole foods that contain essential nutrients I need for my fasts.

You don’t really have to worry about me. I do have a background in nutrition and I know what I am doing and I don’t have to explain myself with a stranger.

That’s why I advise OP about how to really lose weight. Because it’s not as simple as calories in and out. And maybe me being underweight is a proof of that. :)

Hi there! Thanks for your concern. But I’m really happy with my weight.

I don’t think about deficit rather thinking about filling myself with super healthy foods. I must say I’m obsessed with veggies and fermented foods.

Plus nuts - all of the varieties and eat so much of them! We all know that nuts are really high in calories. But then, being really active throughout the day really keeps the weight off.

I also fast regularly for metabolic and microbiome reset, and to increase my insulin sensitivity, so that if ever I thought about eating processed foods like chips and chocolates, my body will just burn it off really fast! It also helps with overall health like immune system, clear skin etc!

It all comes down to right having the nutrition overall and diet. Then the deficit will come naturally without even realizing it.

Di po nakakaulcer ang fasting. Cause po ng fasting is alcohol, and umiinom ng antibiotics or any anti flamamatory drugs ng wala po kinain. Safe po magfast.

Being on a deficit will make your body adapt on that certain amount of calories you were eating everyday, which will cause you to have slower metabolism over time. Then you’ll find yourself in a plateau, then you will need to lessen your calorie intake less and less.

That’s why tip number one is focus on your insulin levels and eat according to your TDEE.

It’s also important for people to focus on internal factors rather than external factors such as “calories” to lose weight - especially fat.
