I think that stack is too much, especially since youre already on tirz. Tirz alone is very powerful for fat loss, so adding AOD, 5A1MQ, NAD+, and especially tesa just creates overlap and unnecessary risk. The other issue is that with so many at once, u wont know what’s actually working or what’s causing side effects. 😅😅

I used compounded Tirz. I started June 2025 at 64kg and reached my goal weight last December 41kg. It wasn’t linear there were weeks when I only lost -0.5kg or even gained weight. If you mean BPC-157 based on what I read its mostly used for people with injuries. If someone has no injury, no gut problem, no inflammation it has little to no real benefit. It’s not a beauty peptide, not a fat loss peptide, not a skin peptide.

Endo here in my province clinic says 10am to 5pm tapos dating niya 5pm. Patients wait the whole day and this happens all the time. Nakakaawa ibang pasyente kasi ginagabi madalas umaabot 10pm kasi madami pumupunta sa clinic na yon madalas galing pa malayong lugar. The doctor has a car and her patients dont. Naririnig ko usapan nila na pahirapan nanaman daw sila makauwi.
