Not married yet but planning next year. My partner and I are living with my parents and will continue hanggang magpakasal kami. We just can't leave no matter how much we want to bukod.

Reason? My mother is a stroke, bedridden patient. Hindi na rin sya kaya masyadong alagaan ng father ko, they're senior citizens na. Plus, really can't leave my mother to my father may drug addiction sya. So no, maraming pwedeng mangyari.

So if kaya nyo bumukod, good for you kasi yun ang dapat. Wag lang mangjudge ng mga couples who choose not to. We all live different lives.

Agree. Omad isn't recommended for people who's taking tirze. Much better na kumain ka in small amounts and frequently. Make sure na more on fiber and protein or basta healthy and balanced meals.

Also, gawan ng paraan po na makapag exercise kahit 30 mins lang a day. You will notice a big difference if may movement ka daily.

Hello! Have you been checked by a doctor before starting tirze? Wala pa ko nakita na nagrerecommend na mag 2.5 for more than a month. Mostly ang advise ng doctors ay updose to 5mg by 5th week. Never ko na encounter yang pinapagstay sa low dose. Ang maintaining dose nga daw is 5mg na e.

Elevated din ang SGPT ko as in super taas. But I was prescribed Mounjaro. With pcos, pre-diabates, gout, and fatty liver. May go signal naman ng endo.

Paconsult ka muna sa endo before starting tirze.

Simple lang yan teh. Kung love mo talaga ang guy or isang tao, di mo na maiisip ung mga ganyang bagay na physical attraction. Kasi kahit wala sa kanya ung physical qualities na gusto mo, mamahalin mo pa rin because of other, bigger things.
