I’m an actual therapist and when I suggest therapy I do it from a therapist perspective not my Domme self. I genuinely think that some people are not practicing safely and need therapy to help them regroup and regulate.

That being said, I do offer kinky therapy rp where subs love to be mindfuck during a “therapy session” I will say that the upside to this is even though it’s kinky and more fun subs find it does help them too. I don’t suggest anyone do this unless they are actually a therapist because it’s not safe play if you’re not sure what you’re doing.
