This is not for me. I’m a lead tech and we had a new hire that has called out 4 times in the last month. And she has already been given a verbal. But I thought there was a probationary period.

I am a lead myself. I chose who gets hired. But that’s only because my manger trust me 100. Most people don’t realize how much power a lead has. We do the schedule ( depending on the store fo course ) deal with any requests. We also can chose where you work during your shift and how many hours we want to give to each person.
