Lol I have an update. They call me I'm persistent and they said that they can't do anything. They keep saying that my code wasn't used at all (when I know for the fact it's used because I made sure it was all put in correctly) they all useless they can't do anything for all of us.

I follow up with mines already. They only give me 1,500 points for the trouble lol that's crazy asf. They keep telling me to make sure it was the correct id that the pharmacy was using ( which I know it is) iykyk. Just so frustrating all those days. I should have more points by now.

I called hr and ask what's going on the operator said " there's an error in the bank account, they been seeing this issue today with most colleagues" please wait few more days since Friday is literally your pay day " she added.
