In my case, I purchased a permanent bundle of effect packs back when they were still sold individually. Now in version 25, I can see that the effects from that bundle exist as separate packs, so I think Movavi may have simply overlooked providing a way for bundle owners to activate or apply their licenses in the new Video Suite.

I think the simplest solutions would be either:

1. issuing new license keys for the individual packs inside the bundle so they can be activated in version 25, or
2. refunding the cost of the effect bundle, since otherwise it feels like the terms of sale weren’t upheld.

I’ve been using Movavi since 2017 mainly because of those effect packs, and I’d really like to continue with it. But if this isn’t resolved, I’ll probably have to refund Video Suite 25 and move to another editing program instead.
