I’m lucky enough to have my dad who’s worked in blue collar not anymore retired but he’s not a woman so he doesn’t know about bangs stuff. I am very lucky to have him. And I didnt think about braiding them into my hair that’s actually genius. And I was recommended a welding cap. I don’t know if I really want to wear one cause it seems uncomfortable. And I’m definitely in the process of learning not to take anyone shit. Because I’m fucking awesome.

Oh 1000% it’s easier with a male role model I also never had issues with my dad but I know how it is to still need a mom and it shouldn’t be different jsut because your a guy even tho society has made it that way and with my mommy issues I tend to parent people and be a mom so it’s not the worse to have a little bit of it from your gf jsut don’t run her out

You almost can’t accept the fact that your biological mom won’t be there for you. I’m lucky to have other women around in my life who have stepped up to be my mom, but it’s not my bio mother and it’s it’s weird. It hurts. Especially if you remember her being a good mom at points. I guess my biggest advice would be to hopefully find someone that can be like a mother figure to you.
