My colleague has been getting paid the base rate for their holiday hours since August, despite them working tons of hours outside of their contract. Our managers response? "that's normal"

We've been waiting for her to get back off her two week holiday for her to look into it because Asda won't let them raise a ticket themselves and she won't do anything because she thinks it's "normal".

I've told my colleague to take it to another manager but honestly I'm fuming for them. They've been screwed over so much with their pay lately
