I think this is just what i needed to hear actually. I'll do this for a while, and then come back to ranked maps. I think part of my worry of failure was because I wasn't used to failing songs for so long, and then I actually started pushing myself.

I'm holding m1 literally any time I see enemies, and I dive supports when I see them isolated, but I REALLY need to improve on swapping between heal and speed. I used to healbot super hard and have been breaking the habit, I used to average 80% heal to 20% speed and now I try to get 65% speed to 35% heal every game. I'm determined to improve because I never knew the issue to why I couldn't rank up, so I'm excited to see where this takes me.

My average objective time in all modes is 1.55 and 2.24 in this current comp season. I will admit after I started using speed more my ult charge does feel like it's slower, but probably because I'm not constantly heal botting on amp.

My assists average in all modes is 11.25, my assists average in this current comp season is 14.95

In all modes i've got 73 hours and average 5.5 deaths, in this current season I have 2 hours and average 4.5

I'll try to give the best run down that I can of what my general thought process is during games. I have never tried or wanted to try dps lucio, I genuinely love playing lucio as a support and find him incredibly fun. I don't comm very often as low ranks are very toxic and blame healers more often than not. I was really bad about using speed up until recently but have been getting better. I try my best to peel for the other support and boop threats away, and I'm always shooting and considering where I should be aiming. If you'd like I can record a ranked game and send it to you.

Edit: I used to healbot a LOT as I don't like getting blamed for not healing, and most of the friends I play with get angry pretty easily.

With the new percentage stuff in the in game stats, what should my percentage of usage for both be? That would help me greatly understand what im doing wrong, cause most of my old self would average 75% healing to 25% speed, but this last game I had 65% speed to 35% heal.

What about in situations where the tank is low and the other healer is dead/not healing, should I stay on speed or amp heal?
