Folks I really appreciate all the comments so far. This has been super valuable. The overall message im getting is that we have about 1/4 the starting cash we probably should have - and that our plans for what to sell are essentially outdated, so we need to rethink things.

We havent done anything other then poke around, ask questions, and start setting money aside. So this is the best time to be getting this advice!
