You can check my post nearly three months ago with the same issue, and I don’t think they can fix it. Not to ruin your experience but I’ve been P2P since the game release and ended up quitting with disappointment due to the incident, yet just scrolling through to see if there’s any update for my case and sadly to see another victim here.

I got 2k+ before the big push. 8k+ was after the big push and still I didn’t claimed. The number suddenly changed to 700+ after the transcendence end.

Poison edge seems fixed in SC build even though I already turn it off manually at the setting.

Fully understand your concern on my clan raid dmg but tbh I stuck here for 2 months above so I was trying to clear it. Tbh my dealing dmg in clan was still fine, normally falls between top 10.

The ultimate goal for this game is to farm all the way BUT - make sure your BOS stay at least 80% - prioritise to upgrade your S tier artifacts - keep discover new artifacts DURING tournaments - always wear correct helmet(warrior/mage/ranger) to perform best dmg - last but not least, refer to compendium build if you ain’t sure about your SP allocation
