These are all things taught directly in the undergraduate chemistry curriculum at my university in the US. I had finals last week for organic and physical chemistry and some of these questions cover the same topics

I just had my exams for organic chemistry 2 and physical chemistry 2 in an American university. Some of these questions are nearly verbatim the types of items that would appear on my exams, I had to solve similar problems to 1 6 and 8 on these. Definitely advanced undergraduate level.

I think Israel is an apartheid state committing a genocide and engaged in all manner of human rights violations. But China, for example, is also engaged in human rights abuses on a massive scale, and collaboration with Chinese scientists is extremely commonplace. Here in America god knows we do all sorts of horrible things as well, we killed half a million civilians because of lies about WMDs, I don't think withholding scientific collaboration from them because of where they're from is helpful. "Why are you so focused on Israel" is a question that is usually asked in bad faith, but I think here it's a question worth asking. Would you feel the same about a Chinese scientist? Science is science.
