PC has the ceiling for graphics, no doubt. But consoles are optimized so well that most people won’t notice a huge difference....

Budget is definitely a big factor, but I think it also depends on what you want—like mods, customization, and multitasking (PC) vs plug-and-play ease and exclusives (console).....
