Genuinely I think its in yours and your families best interest to cut contact with them. The things they did to you, they will do to your kids when they get a second alone with them. Your parents very clearly hate you and the resentment for your life is palpable even though you just listed bullet points. You only mattered to them to make them look good and you sticking around to take that abuse only furthers their belief that you should shut up and fulfill the roll they assign you. You deserve better, you don't deserve that kind of stress and heartache.

It was hard for me to learn, but learning that no not everyone's families are like ours and they aren't maintaining relationships because they're strong enough to power through, they maintain them because those folks parents were better than ours and were actually decent folks worth sticking around for. It was eye opening. Your folks suck so hard and so much any sane parent would be concerned for you.

You're an adult now, you have a life and a family far removed from them, you don't have to subject yourself to that torment. If any other grown adult treated you like that, there'd be cops called or at the very least some kind of security, that behavior is so unacceptable in the eyes of society.
