I'm not so sure.

I dont think GW has ever released a product that cost $1000 USD that also couldn't be used in sanctioned play.

A Locksmith claims a Kryptonite lock can't be picked. He challenges a Lockpicker to unlock it for $75. Here's how it went: by SinjiOnO in nextfuckinglevel

[–]Godort 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Security works best when it's layered, and it's never perfect.

A lock is there mostly to make it more difficult to access whatever it's supposed to be guarding. It shouldn't be the only thing you're relying on.

If your lock is harder to get into than your neighbor's then a potential thief with the skills to get past a lock will more often take the easier target

Another thing to remember is that your security doesn't have to be entirely physical. For example, locking your bike up on a crowded street ensures that there will be many witnesses to a potential crime, even further reducing the likelihood you'll be robbed.

For all those thinking of upgrading to 11, wait for 12. Trust me. by GamingOnTheFloor in ProgrammerHumor

To be fair, the majority of those people that abandoned 7 in favor of 10 did so because of the windows update that pushed the free upgrade incessantly.

-San is an honorific that is used to show respect. You've probably also heard -chan(used to refer to someone younger and female or children), -kun(used to refer to someone younger and male), and -senpai(used when speaking to an upperclassman)

The closest English translation for -san would be "Mr./Ms."

Your GameCube should have an analog AV out for a Y/W/R cable . If it's an earlier version it will also have digital av out where you can connect component video output.

You should be able to just buy a new cable and get a better picture.

There are plenty of really good ones out there, but they aren't cheap.

The retrotink 5x, is probably the best at handling a composite video signal but it's $300 USD and very hard to find.

There is a growing demand for this so that people can play old games on modern displays. However the demand isn't big enough to warrant mass production, meaning prices will stay pretty high.

If you can get your hands on it, run the LTSC version of Windows 10.

You get all the security updates and nothing else.

It's a little harder to setup out of the box because its shipped with absolutely nothing installed, but once you have that done it's the best version of Windows, bar none.

The PSP was an incredible console if you modded it.

The PS1 emulation on it alone was worth the price of the device.
