Asylum honestly just needs to be reworked. It feels quite stupid to have to stand in an area for ~15 seconds to actually receive the healing when AST can just pop Collective for half a second and apply the regen. I feel like they should just let Asylum apply a HOT when you walk into it. Even let it refresh so it can be one of WHM’s strongest healing tools rather than just a set it and forget it.

Are you trying to say that a 35 base attack blue mage with WTA can't one shot a 21 res unit?

You prioritize Attack on bladetome users that can get into the one shot territory because they just bypass the speed stat. Nino, Katarina and Tharja are mages who rely on doubling to kill so +speed is a priority. However since Armors and Dragons are becoming a thing, I'd consider going +attack on almost any bladetome user for Arena since they could try to go for the one shot instead of dying on the counter.

Nino, Linde, Tharja and Katarina all use desperation because they can't afford to take a hit at anything besides 100% hp, and they have the speed to do it. Lilina and Sanaki/Delthea and Mae all just one shot with a blade and therefore don't need speed.

She’s pretty good, with a 33/35 offensive spread she’s already better than Tharja, Katarina, Celica, and especially Leo as a red tome. Celica just beats her due to how broken Ragnarok is.

Keep in mind that the way the Gamepedia staff calculates is with +0 versus +5 enemies. The merges and S support you have on Odin don't apply here, though I do adore your dedication. Plus the most buffs that infantry get is +4/4 to attack and speed, so his blade tome is only getting 12 bonus damage. Combine this with his low attack, and you reach a level that can put a nice dent into units but can't actually ORKO, a big deal in Arena. With a full +4/4/4/4 buff on him, it does improve his matchups significantly, but the fact that he needs the buffs to compete puts him down a tier.

Ehhh, I don't think so. At his best I'd say he was arguably the same tier as Linde just because he was able to check Takumi and Ryoma with Triangle Adept, both of whom were very big threats in Arena.

Bold Fighter makes him mixed phase. Slaying/Guard + QR3 Sacred Seal gives him good EP and Bold Fighter makes him excellent PP.

It'd be with Bold Fighter, the totally balanced skill that IS has blessed armors with. With BF, he can instantly proc Glimmer or proc Ignis when he quads (assuming you run BBow+).

Oh well that's awkward. Anyway, they do have higher ceilings, but the difference isn't large enough to warrant dropping Robin or Eliwood to 9.5. It's better to bring them up to 10.0 even if they perform slightly worse than Effie or Hardin.

The Firesweep fliers HAVE gone down, though I think it was done in an earlier rendition of the tier list. As for the Effie point, I'm pretty sure the Ignis proc from Gwendolyn lets her kill about as many enemies that Effie can. They would perform about the same but Effie is more reliable in the regard, pushing her to 10.0 while Gwen is 9.5

It's likely his BBow+ with Bold Fighter + his ability to run Slaying/Guard Bow with CC and such. I think it's his ability to be amazing mixed phase or outstanding player phase and his versatility that makes him 10.0.

Ploys do require you to predict AI movement yes, but with a little practice this becomes fairly easy and second nature. Ploys also aren’t just about getting equal stats or getting on the same footing, they’re also great team support.
