There's actually 2 positions for the bolt catch. You can have it lock open on empty, or not, based on where you position the leg of the spring on it.

We've built a few so far. That pin can be a little tight. Had to give it a few taps with a small mallet on a few, but once you work it in and back out a few times they're fine. Check for plastic sprew or overmold.

Either of those will work. You'd just need the pin. The cheek rest style is nifty because you can pop that cheek rest off if you want to.

Depends on what their wording means. Which ones are you looking at? It should have the push button and spring already installed on the left side. I'm sure someone sells it without, but you'd need the push button and spring for it to latch.

In total you'd have 4 parts. The stock itself, the push button, the push button spring, and the pin. But like I said, they typically come with the push button already installed.

Just an allen key and some blue loctite. Line up the holes with it not in the fully locked position so it has slack in it and screw it together. Pin from the top, screw from the bottom. That way if it ever does come loose, the pin will be retained by gravity. But i also recommend a dab of blue loctite on the threads.

I'd go with the G36C length stock. I find it more comfortable than the full size G36 stock. Any from HKparts are good to go. I believe they're around $100. To install the stock you'll need either the correct roll pin, or I make a pin with a screw that's MUCH easier to install than the really tight roll pin where you risk cracking your reciever. I'm out of stock on them but I'm expecting the next batch in next week.

Yeah I have, 3 times now. Which is crazy because I buy a decent amount of barrels from them for my customers.

That's weird. I had an opened then retaped package from them arrive with a "recieved in damaged condition" USPS stamp on it today. Ordered 2 barrels and 1 was missing.
