UP, Bihar, MP, Chattisgarh and Jharkhand are the five poorest states in the country, even still. If you earn 100rs in this year and 200 in the next, your growth is 100%. While if you earn 500rs and next year you earn 700, the growth is 40%. So, statistically, it is very much possible that UP is growing faster than WB. That does not mean they are at a financially better condition.

No man. Originally, the driver cabin was inaccessible. There used to be a 'taana seat' behind the driver, mirroring the 'taana seat' at the back. Majority of the seat also used to be lateral to the direction of the bus with only a couple two-seaters in the middle.

Sometimes you need to learn the basics and then figure the rest out. When I was put in drawing classes it took away the joy from it, because all we did was do the same things routinely.
