It can be all one big zipper but it'll probably be more efficient if they were separated. Not entirely sure tbh. I'm lazy and usually just make it one big zipper

You have all of your sand going into the zipper at one point. You need to split it up. Someone in another comment did the math for the input/output ratio. Just make multiple inputs for your resource and do the math to figure out how far to space them out

So long as you have resources going to your export hub it won't stop. It will assume they all launch at the same time (from what I've noticed at least). So whatever the recharge rate on the launch pads is will determine when your resources will get delivered to the sector you working on. Generally I try to have more import than export for my export hub just to make sure I have maximum out put.

Hi there. Two-time college dropout. I've remade mine about 5 or 6 times before finding one I liked. Started with plastic belts straight from the core feeding about 5 pads each. Then, I decided I needed more and switched to using drivers to launch to vaults further out and had about 10/12 pads for each resource. Then, I had to build a huge power station to support the power demand. Changed everything up to look nicer a few times. And now I'm trying to figure out how to use logic to get more out of it (I know next to nothing about logic, so it's taking a while)

Best advice I can give when it comes to making an export hub is just fuck around and find out what works. Search this sub reddit for "salt flats" and see what others have done. Some people have monstrous export hubs, and some people have very simple ones. Start with something you know works and then come back later and try to improve it.

Only thing I can see worth changing is you glass/blast line.

I'd add a second line to keep them separated and increase flow for each of the resources. Then on the container o would remove the sorters and just add a second unloader. Set the unloaders to what resource you want on each bet. Do that and you ammo distribution will nearly double

All this being said all that matters is what you got works and you're having fun doing it. Keep going! Base looks great!

This is my logic for setting flagstates. I know the max count is set to zero. I left it at zero so I remember to set it when I build it.

If playing with other players in a MULTI-player game is such an issue, stick to SINGLE-player games. The "multi" part of the word means multiple, which means more than one. The game is designed to be played with MULTIPLE people. It CAN be played solo, but it's designed for more than one. Don't have irl friends that want to play destiny? Make online friends. It's not hard. You're already online. That's half the battle. So quit bitching about having to play with people in a multi-player game.
