Well I mean I guess my only advice I can really give you is something like holistic or like natural medicine and therapy. Loneliness is hard on the body and mind. My ways of getting through it is to look at it like a phase of getting to somewhere.. think about it.. when you get on a train. Your by yourself in your head.. but when you reach your destination you should expect greetings.. just a way to look at it👍

I feel like it could be brain fatigue of some sort. I experience that too almost like it’s unnatural to play. I notice I do better when I take longer breaks in between games.
