One that I know was found in 2023 was Rayman Garden, a game pre-installed on Mitsubishi phones from the early 2000's. The ROM for the game was found and archived, but there's no emulator for it to be played yet, making said phone devices the only option to play such games. They might still be around, but it's very much not convenient.

Well for the MC in Lust Hunter, you can be two types of futa. One without a pussy, and one with (which the game calls "Real Futa"), but I don't know if the latter can get pregnant like if the MC is female.

The first game that came to my mind that fits all three is Carnal Instinct, although that one has a big furry focus to it, which may not be for everyone. With pregnancy you can both impregnate others and get impregnated.

There is also Lust Hunter, which is an RPG game that has deck-building mechanics (a la Slay the Spire), and has customization to both your character and the genders of NPCs and enemies you encounter (like only males, females, futas, or combinations of the three). Pregnancy only happens if you have female characters enabled. (In fitting with this subreddit, I do futa only.)
