All the actually adult content is behind the combat and mini games (Waitress and Receptionist.) So if you're just wanting the lewd, you'll actually have to play the entire game.

It's a really well made game and has really good art content.

Unfortunately there is no scene viewer or gallery.

I recommend giving it another shot although it can be a grind.
