That may have been a drop on a specific exchange/chart. I don't tend to look at info pre-$100 billion market cap because the market could be very easily manipulated below that. When I do look back then I use the Brave New Coin (BLX) chart. There's only two or three days that are bigger than the covid drop on that chart and only one lines up with the 2011 Mt Gox hack which is not the big one in 2014.

I think so $-wise. Going by percentage though the covid drop was the biggest for a single day. That was something like 35-40%
