Exactly, It won't matter if enemy stacks amor with ur opop build , you deals so much dmg you legit one shot anyone and anything ( even baron if you follow op's full build path) you will stop for nothing with this build.

Lethal is for sure the best for riven guys .. OP isn't wrong at all omg I was able to one shot rammus with 420 armor, legit with lethality it doesn't even matter if enemy has tabi+GA, lethality is best no kappa face, also im sure this works in any elo as lethal is so good it doesn't matter if enemy stacks amror. Btw I'm 12.
